Find the message you see when signing in or opening a player’s profile, then follow its section.

Sign in again

You see No access with “Sign-in could not be completed. A newer sign-in may have started. Please sign in again.” Only the newest sign-in counts, so this happens if you selected sign in twice, or in two tabs. Close the other tabs and sign in once more.

Return after a ban

If your account is banned, signing in fails and a page reads “Your account is banned”, with the reason staff gave and when the ban ends, or that it’s permanent. When a ban starts:
  • You’re signed out and can’t sign in until the ban ends.
  • You’re removed from your team. If you were its captain, captaincy passes to the player who joined earliest. If you were the last player, the team is disbanded.
  • Your player profile shows “This profile isn’t available.” to everyone.
You can still read the Player Hub’s schedule, teams and rules without signing in. A ban ends at the time shown, or earlier if staff lift it. Then you can sign in again. To get back on a team, you need its invite code, and you agree to the Terms of Participation again. If you think a ban is a mistake, contact your league’s staff.

Try again later

“Discord sign-in is temporarily unavailable. Please try again.” means Discord didn’t answer. “The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again.” means the Tournament System couldn’t complete the request. Wait a minute, then try again.

Open a player’s profile

A profile page reads “This profile isn’t available.” when:
  • The player hasn’t signed in yet. A profile exists from the player’s first sign-in to the Player Hub.
  • The player is banned. The profile comes back when the ban ends.
  • The link is wrong. Open the profile from the Player Hub’s Teams page, or ask the player to copy their link with Copy profile link.
Select Return to Player Hub to go back.
